General Questions!
Our pricing is designed to be straightforward and transparent. For general repairs, we charge between $50 and $60 per hour, while plumbing and electrical work, which requires specialized skills, is billed at $70 to $80 per hour. We also offer fixed-price quotes for specific projects, ensuring you know the total cost upfront. A minimum service charge of $80 applies to all jobs. We provide free travel within a 25-mile radius, and for distances beyond that, a round-trip travel fee of $0.50 per mile will be added. Any materials we supply will be marked up by 20% to cover our costs. This clear breakdown ensures you understand exactly what you’re paying for, with no hidden fees or surprises.
My availability varies depending on my current schedule, but I typically try to fit in new jobs within 1-2 days. If you have an emergency be sure to let me know.
I’m equipped to handle fixture and outlet repairs and replacements. For any work requiring permits or a licensed electrician/plumber, I’ll be sure to inform you.
